Return & Exchange Policy

All our products are subjected to stringent quality control. We have employed the services of extremely professional and high quality shipping carriers, to ensure that all your products are delivered to you safely. However, if you still feel a lapse has occurred from our side, you may take a picture of the subject product and email it to us at admin@cloversandcrafts.com. The management would take a final decision and let you know appropriately.
If you desire to exchange any product from your first order, please have it delivered to our address within five days of receipt, in the conditions stated below:
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging;
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
and intimate the same to us through our email admin@cloversandcrafts.com  and WhatsApp. For exchange, you can can place a fresh exchange order for any of the product(s) from our website. We will refund the (if any) excess balance (after deducting exchange courier charges), as soon as the fresh exchange order is placed.
