Idhayangal Charitable Trust (ICT) is an NGO spearheaded by Dr Krishnan Swaminathan, Managing Trustee & Consultant Endocrinologist. Their vision is to provide funding for medical, surgical & psychological treatment for children with, insulin dependent type 1 Diabetes. Currently, ICT supports more than 500 underprivileged children across the nation. These beneficiaries get the best insulin, consumables & pumps, education for poor girls with Type 1 diabetes, medical insurance & rehabilitation for mothers of children with Type 1 diabetes.
